Carrot – 500 gms, Mawa – 250 gms, Sugar – 1 cup, Cashew powder – 1/2 cup, Ghee – 2 tbsp, Cashew nuts – 10, Pistachios – 10, Green cardamom – 6, Full cream milk – 1 cup
1- First peel the carrots and grate them.
2- Now put these grated carrots in hot milk and cook it well.
3- Cooked carrot absorbs all the milk. Then put some ghee on top and cook for some time.
4- Now add sugar and cook it well.
5- Now cut the mawa into small pieces and mix it with the milk and carrot mixture. Cook till it dries.
6- When the mixture is cooked well, add cardamom powder and cashews to it.
